Honeycomb Section

Our Honeycomb Section offers Hampshire honey in its purest and most natural form. Each section is built, filled and sealed by the bees at our single apiary in South Warnborough, leaving the honey untouched inside its delicate beeswax cells.

Nothing is extracted, strained or churned. Simply cut a piece and enjoy the honey and comb together, spread it over warm toast, pair it with cheese or serve it as the centrepiece of a sharing board. The beeswax is edible, although some people prefer to chew the comb and discard the wax.

Made in very limited quantities, every section is unique. Its colour and flavour will vary naturally according to the season and the flowers visited by the bees.
