Wildflower Honey

Gathered from the changing mix of wildflowers, trees, hedgerows and gardens surrounding our single apiary in South Warnborough, our raw Hampshire Wildflower Honey reflects the landscape and the season. Every small batch is naturally different in colour and flavour, with a light, floral character and beautifully rounded sweetness.

We harvest only from the bees’ genuine surplus stores. The honey is extracted by hand, gently strained to remove pieces of wax and never heated above natural hive temperature, keeping it as close as possible to the way the bees made it.

Drizzle it over porridge, yoghurt or pancakes, stir it into tea, or simply enjoy it straight from the spoon.
