Soft Set Honey

Our Soft Set Honey is creamy, mellow and naturally spreadable, with a gently textured finish created through minimal processing. Made in small batches from honey gathered by our bees around South Warnborough, it is perfect for toast and crumpets, spooning over porridge or enjoying straight from the jar.

We start with the same raw honey as our Wildflower Honey. Once gently strained, it is allowed to crystallise naturally, warmed only to hive temperature and carefully churned to create its thick, soft-set consistency.

Because we process it as gently as possible, it retains a subtle natural texture rather than the completely uniform finish of more heavily processed soft-set honeys.
