Hot Honey

Our Hot Honey combines our own Hampshire wildflower honey with a carefully judged touch of chilli. It begins with the familiar sweetness of honey before a gentle, warming heat develops—lively enough to add interest without overwhelming the honey’s natural flavour.

Drizzle it over pizza, halloumi, roasted vegetables or fried eggs; pair it with cheese; or use it to bring a sweet, savoury warmth to dressings, marinades and glazes.

Made in small batches using honey gathered from our single apiary in South Warnborough.
